摘要
采用了一种基于移相控制的高频输出全桥逆变器。移相全桥变换器产生高频的准方波,通过串并联谐振滤波器输出THD小的高频交流正弦波。详细分析了开关管实现软开关的条件和串并联谐振式滤波器对输出电压THD,ZVS实现条件和输出电压外特性的影响。研制了一台输出500V/118kHz/10kW的实验样机;给出了实验波形;验证了其工作原理。
This paper proposes a high-frequency output full-bridge inverter with phase-shifted control.Phase-shifted full-bridge converter generates high-frequency quasi-square waveform.The series-parallel resonant filter converts the quasisquare waveform into a high-frequency sinusoidal waveform with little THD.ZVS condition for all the full-bridge switches is discussed,and the affects of the series-parallel resonant filter on output voltage THD,ZVS realization conditions and output voltage characteristic are also discussed.A 500V//118kHz/10kW inverter prototype is built to verify the operation principle of the high-frequency output inverter and the experimental results are given.
