摘要
目的了解复合溶菌酶消毒剂对开放性骨折伤口创面消毒效果,探讨其降低伤口感染率的作用。方法采样棉拭涂抹采样和细菌检验方法以及比较伤口感染率方法进行了临床病例观察。结果开放性骨折创面上不同程度存在细菌污染,清创消毒前总菌数为216-226 cfu支/棉拭,试验组与对照组菌数无明显差异。试验组用FE复合溶菌酶消毒剂清创消毒之后创口上菌数由清创前的216 cfu支/棉拭下降到清创后的23 cfu支/棉拭;对照组创口上总菌数由清创前的226 cfu支/棉拭下降到清创后的52 cfu支/棉拭。实验组的伤口感染率明显低于对照组。结论试验组所使用的清创消毒方法的效果明显好于对照组的方法,实验组的伤口感染率明显低于对照组。复合溶菌酶消毒剂可有效降低开放性骨折的伤口感染率。
Objective To know the efficacy of composite lysozyme disinfectant in disinfection of open fracture wound and to explore the role of the disinfectant in decrease in infection rate of the wound.Methods Cotton swab wiping sampling,bacterial examination and comparison of rate of wound infection were used to carry out observation of clinical cases.Results There were bacterial contamination to various degrees on open fracture wound.The total bacterial count before debridement and disinfection was 216-226 cfu/swab,with no difference between experiment group and control group（using conventional disinfectants）.After debridement and disinfection with the composite lysozyme disinfectant in the experiment group,the bacterial count on the wound decreased from 216 cfu/swab before debridement to 23 cfu/swab after debridement,while in control group,the total bacterial count on the wound decreased from 226 cfu/swab before debridement to 52 cfu/swab after debridement.The wound infection rate in experiment group was significantly lower than that in the control group.Conclusions The efficacy of debridement and disinfection method used in experiment group was significantly better than that in control group and the wound infection rate in experiment group was significantly lower than that in control group.The composite lysozyme disinfectant can effectively decrease the infection rate of open fracture wound.
