摘要
重质碳酸钙是钙产品中重要产品之一。方解石、石灰石、白垩等含钙非金属矿通过干法、湿法或干湿结合法(机械加工方法)制取各种类型(普通级和活性级)、不同粒度的产品,可广泛应用于造纸、涂料、塑料、橡胶、日化、油漆、油墨、牙膏、食品、医药等各个领域。重质碳酸钙生产中通过选用先进、节能型粉碎设备和高效分级设备,以及通过提高电的功率因数、降低高峰电负荷和有效利用照明等措施,达到节能目的。重质碳酸钙生产过程主要是噪声及粉尘对环境造成污染,应采用除尘系统,完善设备密闭措施,选用低噪声设备和工艺,噪声大设备置于室内采取隔声、消音等措施,防止粉尘及噪声污染,保护环境,保障操作人员身心健康。
Ground calcium carbonate （ GCC ） is one of the important calcium products. Through dry or wet or dry - wet method, nonmetallic calcarious ores, such as calcite, limestone and chalk etc. can be processed to various types of GCC products （ including ordinary and active grade ） with different granularities. GCC products have been widely used in many fields, for example, paper making, dope, plastic, rubber, daily chemical, paint, printing ink, toothpaste, food and medicine etc. In order to save energy during the production of GCC, a series of measures, such as choosing advanced and energy saving crushing equipments, using effective classifying equipments, increasing electrical power factor, reducing peakload and efficiently using illumination etc. have been taken. As the main pollutions are noise and dust in the GCC production, such measures should be taken as using dust - removing system, improving equipment＇s hermetic measures, selecting low - noise equipments and technologies, keeping high - noise equipments in the rooms with sound insulation and elimination measures etc. to prevent noise and dust pollution, so as to protect environment and keep health of operators.
