摘要
优选2μm重钙和轻钙,进行U PVC标准样块和U PVC给水管的填充对照实验表明:2μm重钙对PVC具有更优化的增强增韧及流变性适宜等均衡改性功效;在填充量高达26.6%的情况下,U PVC给水管的各项性能指标均达到国家标准;2μm重钙替代轻钙用作U PVC制品的填料是完全可行的。利用扫描电镜分析(SEM)及电镜照片直接数字化测量等手段,揭示2μm重钙对PVC树脂的等径粒子填充和填料中适量的纳米粒子含量是其增强增韧U PVC制品的机理所在。2μm重钙填料的特征为:粉体自分散性良好,d100≤2μm,d500.201μm,纳米粒子的含量≥12%,粒度分布符合近正态或R-R分布。
The comparative tests of UPVC standard sample were made that with UPVC service pipe filling with 2 μm heavy Calcium and light Calcium. The results indicate : 2 μm heavy Calcium Carbonate have better proportionate modification effects on toughening and strengthening UPVC produces,and on rheological behavior than light Calcium. Various properties of the UPVC service pipe are still up to national standard at 26.6% high filler level;so it is viable to replace light calcium by 2 μm heavy Calcium in UPVC produces. By SEM and directl digitizing measurement of SEM photo,the paper shows that the mechanism of toughening and strengthening lies in the filling of equivalent grain size between 2 μm heavy Calcium and PVC particles, and the proper content of nanometer particles. The characters of 2 μm heavy Calcium as follows ; the powders have a well dispersity,d100≤ 2 μm,d50 0. 201 μm,the content of nanometer particles is over 12 percent ,its size distribution is in accordance with normal distribution or R-R distribution.
