摘要
从传动摩擦学观点出发,对啮合理论和润滑理论进行了耦合研究。探讨了齿面接触点上的卷吸速度,并对相对滑动速度在接触线法向的分量和卷吸速度进行了对比研究。结果表明,在对双包络环面蜗杆传动作润滑分析时以用卷吸速度作为运动参数为宜,因而提出用卷滑比来作为衡量齿面摩擦学性能的运动参数。
WT5”BZ〗 The coupling study of meshing theory and lubrication theory is carrried out from the viewpoint of transmission tribology.The entraining velocity on the contact point of gear surface is studied and the difference between entraining velocity and component of relative velocity in the normal direction of contact line is analyzed.The result indicates that it is suitable to use entraining velocity as motion parameter for analyzing lubrication property of double enveloping hourglass worm gearing.The ratio of entraining velocity and relative velocity is suggested as motion parameter for appraising lubrication property of this worm gearing
