摘要
介绍了先驱体法制备耐高温、抗氧化的SiC纤维的几种方法,给出了各种方法制备的纤维的性能。评述了各方法的优点及存在的问题,以及今后的发展方向。
In this paper,the preparation methods of polymer-derived SiC fiber with
improved risistance to high-temperature and oxidation are reviewed by means of precursors. The properties of these SiC fibers are presented. The advantages,problems and development trend are commented.
