摘要
描述了离子注入对钇系和铋系超导体超导电性的影响。从实验结果中发现,临界温度的变化与离子剂量、离子能量和电流密度有关。在热退火后,约60%的注入引起的辐射损伤可以得到恢复。
The influence of ion implantation on the superconductivities of Yttrium-
based and Bi-based superconductors is described. It has been found from experlmental results that the changes in critical temperature are dependent on ion dose,ion energy and current density. Af-ter thermal annealing about 60% of radiation damage induced by implantation can be restored.
