脂肪干细胞在骨软骨组织工程中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 种子细胞一直是骨软骨组织工程研究的焦点。近年来,脂肪干细胞由于具有多种优点而逐渐成为组织工程的种子细胞。本文就脂肪干细胞的概述、体外分化能力和表面标志、体内实验的研究进展作一综述。 The study of seeding cells is always a hot spot in tissue engineering. In recent years, the adipose--derived stem cells (ADSCs) are becoming the seeding cell gradually in tissue engineering just because of its several conspicuous advantages. The article drew a review on the following aspects: The overview, the ability of differentiation in vitro and surface markers and the experiments in vivo of ADSCs.
