摘要
显微计算机辅助断层摄影技术(micro-CT)是一种高分辨率的三维重建影像技术,其快速准确的影像特点使其在牙周疾病的诊断、预后判定及相关基础研究中具有广泛的应用潜能,并有望提高牙周疾病的诊疗水平及预后判断。本文就micro-CT的工作原理及其在牙周疾病中的应用作一综述。
Three-dimensional micro-computed tomography (micro-CT) is a nondestructive, fast, and very precise image procedure, which can take high-resolution three-dimensional images. It is useful for the diagnosis of diseases in the oral region, micro-CT observations can enhance the three-dimensional understanding of periodontal wound healing. It may be useful for three-dimensional evaluation of periodontal regenerative procedures. This review summarized the principal of micro-CT performance and its use in the periodontal disease.
