金桔不同外植体的离体培养研究 被引量:3

摘要 用金桔无菌苗的下胚轴、子叶、幼叶及幼根为外植体,在含不同激素的培养基上诱导愈伤组织发生,结果表明:以BA1mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L为最适宜培养基,下胚轴为最适宜材料;2。 Callus was induced from Hypocotyl,cotyledon,young leaf and young root of Fortunella margarir (lour.). The best medium for callus induction was MS supplemented with 6BA 1mg/l and NAA 0.5mg/l and the best explant was hypocotyl.2,4 D was ineffective for this induction.Green bud appeared in calli from all 4 kinds of explants,with the highest rate of 97% from h and the lowest rate of 3.7% from young leaf callus.Green bud 2~3cm in length developed into root system in rooting medium 15 days later,which was transplanted alive to field.
