摘要
实现法律翻译目的前提是译文的可读性。影响译文可读性的因素有译语语法规则、习惯、语体、含义明晰性以及条理性。本文结合具体实例,拟从上述五个方面对法律翻译中的可读性因素进行具体分析,旨在探讨提高法律翻译译文可读性的翻译对策。
The readability of the legal translating texts is the premise of realizing the function of the legal translation. It is affected by the target language＇ s grammaticality, idiomaticness, stylistic adaptability, clarity and organization. It is devoted to a detailed analysis on and exploration of the readability of the legal translation by means of exemplification in the article.
