摘要
采用γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲基硅烷(KH570)改性丙烯酸酯类聚合物,合成了丙烯酸酯聚合乳液,研究了单体配比、乳化剂用量、聚合方法对乳液性能的影响。结果表明:单体配比MMA∶BA∶MAA=54∶44∶2,乳化剂用量为3%时,乳液的综合性能较好。
Modified acrylate emulsion were prepared by KH 570 and acrylate monomer. The influence of ester ratio, composite emulsifier quantity and methods of polymerization were studied. The result shows that when MMA :BA :MAA is equal to 54 : 44 : 2, emulsifier quantity is 3%, best performance of emulsion can be made.
