摘要
实验采用氧化-还原引发体系合成有机硅改性丙烯酸乳液,通过实验制备出有机硅含量(质量分数)为0~15%的硅丙乳液,并选取有机硅含量为8%和15%的硅丙乳液样品与纯丙乳液共同进行表征,分别检测在不同硅含量下乳液的接触角、吸水率和耐酸性并记录结果。最终得出了有机硅含量对有机硅改性丙烯酸乳液性能的影响。
The oxidation reduction initiation system was used to synthesize silicone modified acrylate emulsion and silicone-acrylate emulsion with the organic silicone content of 0~15wt% was prepared throgh experiment.The silicone-acrylate emulsion samples with organic silicon content of 8wt% and 15wt% were selected to characterized together with the pure acrylic emulsion.The data of contact angle,water absorption,and acid resistance of the emulsion were acquired and recorded.The factors influencing the performance of silicone modified acrylate emulsion were analyzed.
