摘要
我院自１９７８年以来，共收治儿童先天髋脱位１９７例，２４８髋关节。随访观察有５３例发生不同种类不同程度的并发症。其并发症有：髋关节再次脱位或半脱位１１例；股骨头缺血坏死５例；关节僵硬３２例；神经麻痹２例；骨性关节炎２例；臀肌挛缩１例。本文就这些并发症结合治疗方法，分析了其发生原因并提出相应的预防措施。
248 hips in 197 children of congenital dislocation of hip were followed up since 1978.A great variety of complications happened in fifty three cases,including redislocation or subluxation in eleven cases,avascular necrosis of femoral head in five,ankylosis in thirty two,nerve palsy in two,osteoarthritis in two and contracture of gluteal muscles in one.The authors discussed causes of the complications and proposed appropriate precautionary measures.
