摘要
本文介绍了用改良Ｓａｌｔｅｒ骨盆截骨术治疗１２０髋先天性髋脱位，平均随访２年１０月，术后再脱位发生率为０，股骨头坏死率为３．３％，髋关节屈曲功能小于１２０°者为５％。强调手术年龄选择、术前牵引、术中适度扩大加深髋臼、关节囊紧缩和硅胶管引流的重要性，前倾角小于６０°者不需做股骨旋转截骨术。
AbstractHundued and twenty hips, congenitally dislocatedwere treated with modified Salter innominate osteotomyand followed -up for 2 years and 10 months.No re-dislo-Cation was seen.Avascular necrosis of the femoral headoccurred in 3.3%, In 5%of the postopeative cases,the flexion function of the hipe were less than 120°. Childrenover 6 years of age are not suitable for this operation.Pre-operative traction , enlargement and deepening of theacetabulum,tightening suture of the joint capeule and sili-con tube drainage are the key for success. The authorssuggested that patients with anteversion below 60°are not indicated for rotational osteotomy of the femur.
