新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病血浆肿瘤坏死因子水平的探讨 被引量:2

THE SURVEY AND ANALYSIS OF PLASMA TUMOR NECROSIS FACTOR IN HIE NEONATES

摘要 为探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)与血浆肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)水平变化的关系,采用双抗体夹心法对36例足月新生儿HIE的血浆TNF进行检测。用本院同期产婴室足月新生儿30例脐血TNF值做对照。结果显示:新生儿HIE极期对血浆TNF值O.1561±0.0876μg/L,较正常对照组0.0612±0.0404μg/L有较明显差异t=5.113,P<0.05。痊愈出院前血浆TNF0.0553±0.037μg/L与正常对照比较t=1.93,P>0.05。无明显差异。HIE组中有28例合并肠炎或脐炎与未合并差异。HIE组中有28例合并肠炎或脐炎与未合并感染的HIE8例血浆TNF(分别是0.1874±0.087lμg/L10.1130±0.0802μg/L)t=1.776,P>0.05)无明显差异。TNF能促进星形细胞的分裂并促进其分泌神经生长因子。推论TNF对缺氧缺血后神经元的损害有否一定的预防作用尚待进一步研究探讨。本级实验表明新生儿HIE时,血中TNF水平增高且与病情密切相关。 To probe into the relation of neonate hypoxic is chemic encephalopathy (HIE) and plasma Tumor necrosis factor (TNF), We determined the content of TNF in the mature neonate with HIE (n=36) and Realthneonate (n=30) with the method of Enzyme linked immunos or bent assay. The result reveal that the content of plasma TNF of the Realth controls (0.0612±-0. 0404 ug/l) is less than the of neonate HIE the acute phase (0. 1561 ±0. 0876 ug/l) (T= 5. 113, P<0. 05), and is no obvious difference (t=1. 93, P>0. 05) from that of neonate HIE in the full recovery (0. 0553+/-0. 0307 ug/l). the contents of plasma TNF in no evidence difference between the HIE enonate with pneumonia or interitis (n=28) and that without infection (n=8) (t=1. 776 P>0. 05). TNF CAN pronote stellate cell dividing and secreting nerve grouing factor. Deducting that TNF Could be useful in protecting the nerve injure from HIE. Our Study indicate that the content of plasma TNF in neonate HIE increases and is Cennective closely with clinical course.
