摘要
目的:探讨低胆固醇血症与癌症的关系。方法:检查103例癌症患者和173例非肿瘤患者的血清胆固醇水平(禁食12h以上晨间静脉血清胆固醇,不同星期2次血清胆固醇平均值)。根据1997年中国血脂防治建议并参照美国的标准凡<4.15 mmol/L者均视为低胆固醇血症。结果:与非肿瘤患者相比,癌症患者的血清胆固醇水平降低。结论:低胆固醇血症与癌症的具有一定相关性。
OBJECTIVE： TO study the relations between hypocholesterolemia and cancer. METHOD： Detecting and contrasting the average levels of overall blood serum cholesterol obtaining from tow groups ： 103 cancered patients and 173 randomly selected non - tumor patients. RESULTS ： The blood serum cholesterol level of cancered group was distinctively lower than that of non - tumor patients group. CONCLUSION ： There are some close relations between hypocholesterolemia and cancer.
