摘要
采用剑杆织机和GT511-Ⅱ型电子提花机联合开发家纺产品,以棉粘交织大提花家纺织物为例,详细介绍了各工序采取的相应措施和取得的效果,可使织造效率从69%提高到83%。
The development of jacquard home textiles by use of rapier loom and GT511-Ⅱ electronic jacquard machine, by an example made of cotton/viscose, is described in this article. The related technical measures in various production processes and the achieved results are also detailed in the paper. The weaving efficiency is raised from 69 % to 83 %.
