摘要
对分条整经卷绕过程中条带扩散变化的程度进行了测试和分析 ,研究表明卷绕过程中经纱条带的自由纱段长度变化是引起扩散程度变化的主要因素 ,经纱条带扩散量的大小还受到经纱细度。
The section diffusion degree in sectional warping is tested, and the analysis results show that the length variation of free yarn in the winding is the main reason that brings on the variation of diffusion degree. The yarn fineness, warp density and the warping speed can affect the diffusion level as well.
