摘要
探讨目前国际上广泛使用的诊断通信协议KWP2000及K线通信原理,基于其完成了共轨系统故障诊断通信子模块的设计,并进行硬件和软件的开发.经过通信测试表明,该诊断通信模块表现良好.开发的通信子模块成本低廉,通信稳定性高,具有广泛的实用性和一定的经济价值.
KWP2000 protocol is widely used in the field of automotive vehicles. The paper describes the principle of KWP2000 protocol. The paper presents an instruction to the development of communication module based on the KWP2000 protocol in common rail system. With the help of a diagnostic tool, testing communication can be finished with the tool and realized based on KWP2000 protocol. The communication module is low cost and in high reliability, and will lay a solid foundation for the industrialization of electronically controlled system.
