摘要
[目的]建立食品中诱惑红的高效液相色谱测定方法。[方法]样品中的诱惑红色素经提取后在酸性条件下被聚酰胺粉吸附,在碱性条件下解吸附,以甲醇-0.02 mol/L乙酸铵溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,C18柱分离,二级管阵列检测器检测。[结果]方法线性范围在0.010 mg/ml~0.200 mg/ml,最低检出限为0.001 g/kg,相对标准偏差在2.8%~4.0%之间,回收率为91.5%~97.2%。[结论]该方法灵敏、准确,重复性好,可用于食品中诱惑红的测定。
[Objective]To establish a high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of Allura Red in food.[Methods]Allura red was adsorbed by polyamide in acidity and was desorbed in basicity.On C18 column,CH3OH-0.02 mol/L NH4AC was applied as mobile phase,Allura red was determined by PDA detector.[Results]The linear range of the method was 0.010mg/Ml^0.200mg/mL.The lowest detected concentration was 0.001 g/kg.The recovery rates were 91.5%-97.2%,and the relative standard deviation were 2.8%-4.0%.[Conclusions]The method is sensitive,accurate and repeatable,which is suitable for the determination of Allura red in food.
