摘要
目的:建立高效液相测定膨化食品中的诱惑红的含量。方法:EclipseXDB—C18柱分离,以甲醇-0.02mol/l乙酸铵(40:60)为流动相,流速为1.0mL· min^-1,检测波长为540nm,柱温25℃,进样体积为50μl。结果:线性范围为2.306~36.896μg/mL,相关系数为0.9992,平均回收率范围为85.5%-87.7%;精密度为1.17%(n=6)。结论:该法精密度、准确度均能满足检测方法的要求。
Objective:To develop a HPLC method for the determination of fancy red in puffing food. Methods:The determination was performed on a Eclipse XDB -C18 column(4.6 ×250 mm,5 μm)with the mobile phase consisting of methanol -0.02 mol· L^-1 ammonium acetate (40:60) at 25℃ ,The flow rate was 1.0 mL· min^-1. The detection was made at 540nm . The injection volume was 50μl. Results: The method offered good linearity from 2. 306 - 36, 896 μgmL· L^-1, relativity coefficient was 0. 9992 . The average recovery was from 85.5% to 87.7% . The precision of method was 1.17% ( n = 6 ). Conclusions : The developed HPLC method was accurate and precision, and could be used for the determination of fancy red in puffing food.
