大豆异黄酮对糖尿病胰腺β细胞凋亡的影响

摘要 糖尿病是一组异质性代谢疾病,现已成为严重威胁人类健康的世界公共卫生问题。其发病机制极为复杂,随着对糖尿病发病机制研究的深入,发现胰岛β细胞的凋亡对糖尿病的发生和发展起着重要作用。而大豆异黄酮具有抗氧化、降低血清胆固醇和甘油三酯.防止动脉粥样硬化以及骨质疏松症等疾病发生的功效。另外.对免疫病理损伤也有一定的抑制作用。在细胞凋亡的影响方面。大豆异黄酮也具有一定的功效。国内外对糖尿病的发病机制的有关报道很多。但对天然食物中具有抗氧化功能的微量营养素大豆异黄酮对胰腺β细胞凋亡的影响的报道却很少见,本文就这一方面做一综述。
