摘要
在卷纸封装机中,存在送料过程中的同步控制问题。我们提出了一套送料过程中的同步控制方案。我们在卷纸供送系统的驱动轴上安装一个半圆形金属片,在侧面装上接近开关探头,通过判断每次光电传感器检测到色标时接近开关的输出状态,就能知道包装纸供送系统是滞后还是超前于卷纸供送系统,从而使伺服电机正、反转或不动,实现了送料过程中的同步控制。
In the packaging machine, synchronous control is a considerable problem, In our project we present a new control scheme for the transmitting process. We install a semicircle metal on the drive bearing of the transmitting system, and a switch detector on the side, We can confirm whether packaging submitting system is late or early than the paper submitting system by detecting the output status of the optical receiver, Based on that, we can make the motor move clockwise of anticlockwise respectively, and achieve the purpose of synchronous control.
