摘要
分析了PID-PWM技术实现温度控制的原理,设计了基于S7-200脉冲宽度调制(PWM)技术的精确闭环温度控制系统,该系统通过脉宽调制方式改变蔬菜深加工控制系统中铝箔袋封装机的封口温度和封刀温度控制器的功率,实现对温度的精确控制。系统测试运行结果表明,该控制方式优异于常规PID控制,采用高速脉冲输出,尽可能消除了纯滞后时间,提高了系统调节/响应速率。
This paper analyzes the PID-PWM technology to realize the principle of temperature control,and designs based on S7- 200 pulse width modulation (PWM) technology precise temperature closed loop control system,the system is controlled by pulse width modulation mode change vegetables processing system in aluminum foil bag sealing machine sealing temperature and sealing temperature controller power,realize the accurate control of temperature.System test running results show that this control method superior to the conventional PID control,adopts high-speed pulse output,as far as possible to eliminate the pure lag time,improve the system to adjust/response rate.
