摘要
目的探讨采用腔镜方法治疗先天性甲状舌管囊肿的可行性。方法近3年采用经胸部途径腔镜手术方法切除5例先天性甲状腺舌管囊肿,年龄9～36岁,男1例,女4例。结果全部治愈,随访1～3年无复发。结论经胸部途径腔镜甲状舌管囊肿切除术,安全可行,美容效果好,值得进一步探索。
[Objective] To access the feasibility of endoscopic thyroglossal cystectomy by breast approach.. [Methods] In the passed three years, 5 patients with thyroglossal cyst were admitted with age of 9-36 years. There were 1 male and 4 females. All cases underwent endoscopic thyroglossal eystectomy with a follow-up period of I to 3 years. [Results] All cases were cured and none recurred after the resection. [Conclusion] Endoscopic thyroglossal eystectomy by breast approach is a feasible and safe procedure, no scars on the neck and the redueted scar in the breast is even more inconspicuous, which results in satisfactory cosmetic results.
