摘要
目的探讨内镜下甲状腺切除的手术配合要点。方法采用内镜下经胸部三切口入路为42例甲状腺肿物病人施行甲状腺切除手术。结果掌握使用仪器、器械技能,熟悉手术步骤,密切配合,全部手术完成。结论内镜下甲状腺切除手术具有颈部无疤痕,康复快的优点,此项技术能顺利完成,手术配合起一定作用,从而使病人有满意的效果。
Objective: To find out how to cooperate with endoscopic thyroidectomy. Methods: Assisting with doctor well, chest-wall approach of the endoscopic thyroidecdtomy was used for 42 patients with thyroid nodule. Results: All the operations were accomplished by using the mechanism skillfully and cooperating well. Conclusions: Endoscopic thyroidestomy has the avantage of no scar in the neek and recover quickly, and the assistant of the operation is important.
