摘要
学生党员担任辅导员助理工作,既有利于学生党员实施自我教育,提高自我管理能力和增强党支部的凝聚力,又可以协助辅导员进一步开展深入细致的思想政治工作。既要做好选拔工作,又要加强教育和培养。
Student Party members serving as counselor assistant can not only help to implement their self-education, sharpen their ability of self-management, and strengthen the cohesion of the Party branch, but also assist the counselor further into students＂ ideological and political work. The work of selecting counselor assistant should be managed well. Simultaneously their education and training should be strengthened.
