摘要
运用数据包络分析(DEA)方法的C2R模型对湖南省29个城市的土地利用效率进行了有效性评价,研究结果表明:湖南省的城市土地利用效率整体较高;空间上表现为东高西低;土地利用效率较差的城市主要表现为规模收益递减;城市土地利用效率高低与城市等级没有必然联系;提高城市土地利用效率主要应采取节约资本投入,或增加财政收入。
With the speedup of urbanization in our country, the relationship between supply and demand of urban land becomes more uptight. So it is necessary to realize the goal of using urban land efficiently. This paper applies the C2R model of DEA to evaluate the land use efficiency of 29 cities in Hunan Province, with the result that the urban land use efficiency is high in the province as a whole, and that it is higher in the east than in the west. The revenue diminishing of scale is an important character in cities with low efficiency of land use, and there is no certain relation between the efficiency of urban land use and the grade of the city. The paper believes that economy of capital investment or increase of financial revenue is an important way to improve land use efficiency.
