摘要
为进一步提高气体悬浮焙烧炉的热效率,对某厂氧化铝焙烧系统进行热工测试和热平衡计算,分析结果发现,影响焙烧产量和能耗的主要因素为空气过剩系数、氢氧化铝水分、主炉温度。针对炉子用能的薄弱环节,提出了降低氢氧化铝水分和主炉焙烧温度、减少炉体散热损失、加强余热回收,降低废气排放温度、降低氧化铝排料温度等节能措施。
In order to improve thermal efficiency of gaseous suspension calciner,after calculating and analyzing the heat balance,the result shows that:the main factors of influence of output and energy utilization of furnace are air surplus coefficient,aluminium hydroxide moisture and temperature of the main furnace.the measures of energy-saving such as reducing aluminium hydroxide moisture,temperature of the main furnace,heat loss and reducing alumina temperature,utilizing the waste heat are proposed.
