摘要
根据国内大型电解铝厂的节能实践经验,对电解铝生产进行装备水平节电、电解工艺节电及动力设备节电3 类技术改造。从生产节电的成效出发,分析了有效降低吨铝电耗、节约生产成本的影响因素,以促进铝电解节能管理的技术进步。
The aluminium electrolysis production needs three technique reformation about energy conservation of equipment level,electrolysis technology and power device according to the energy conservation experience of the domestic large aluminum electrolysis factory. From the point of energy saving effect, the paper analyzes the factors of lowering energy consumption perton and saving producing cost to promote technology advance of aluminium electrolysis energy saving management.
