摘要
目的研究滋补肾阴方药对D-半乳糖(D-gal)所致衰老小鼠自由基代谢及免疫功能的影响。方法采用D-gal复制衰老小鼠模型。测定衰老小鼠血清中丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,胸腺指数和脾指数,脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖活性及血清中白介素-2(IL-2)水平,并观察滋补肾阴方药对上述指标的影响。结果滋补肾阴方药能明显提高血清中SOD活性,降低血清中MDA含量,并提高胸腺指数、脾指数,脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖活性和血清中IL-2水平。结论抑制脂质过氧化反应,提高抗氧化酶活性,改善免疫功能可能是滋补肾阴方药延缓衰老的作用机制之一。
Objective To explore the effect of invigorating kidney - YIN recipe on the free radical metabolism and immune function of aging mice induced by D -gal. Methods Malondialdehyde（MDA） content and superoxide dismutase（SOD） activity in serum, thymus indexes, spleen indexes, activity of T lymphocyte and the level of IL - 2 were determined in aging mice induced by D - gal. The effect of invigorating kidney - YIN recipe on the above indexes was observed. Results The invigorating kidney - YIN recipe could significantly increase SOD activity in serum; decrease MDA content in serum, enhance thymus indexes, spleen indexes, activity of T lymphocyte and serum IL- 2 content. Conclusion To inhibit lipid peroxidation, increase activity of antioxidase and improve immune function might be one of the mechanisms of invigorating kidney - YIN recipe against aging.
