牛蒡子合剂减轻糖尿病大鼠尿白蛋白与胰岛素抵抗的物质基础研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究牛蒡子合剂不同提取部位对糖尿病大鼠尿白蛋白和胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法采用高糖高脂饲料喂养配合链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱发大鼠糖尿病模型,经牛蒡子合剂不同提取部位灌胃治疗8周后,观察大鼠尿微量白蛋白、尿蛋白、血糖指数的变化。结果牛蒡子合剂正丁醇提取部位灌胃治疗后,糖尿病大鼠的尿微量白蛋白、尿蛋白、血糖指数均有一定的改善。结论牛蒡子合剂正丁醇提取部位具有较好的减轻糖尿病大鼠尿白蛋白和胰岛素抵抗的作用。 Objective To study the effect of the different extracts of Fructus Arctii Composition on urinary albumin and insulin resistance of diabetes mellitus rats. Methods The model of Diabetes Mellitus was STZ and high glucose -lipid diet, then treated with different extracts of Fructus Arctii Composition for 8 weeks, the changes of urinary albumin, urine protein and insulin resistance were observed. Results The n - butanol extract of Fructus Arctii composition could improve the urinary albumin, urine protein and insulin resistance of DM rats. Conclusion The n - butanol extract of Fructus Arctii composition is good to lessen the urinary albumin and insulin resistance of DM rats.
