摘要
使用0．5％的碘伏液，对196件口腔外科常用的手术小器械分别进行5min及10min的浸泡消毒、细菌培养，通过对两组标本浸泡前、后无菌率的对比，并经三年多的临床实践．结果表明：用0．5％碘伏液对于小手术器械浸泡10min以上进行消毒．方法可靠．简便易行，消毒时间短，而且对器械无腐蚀性。
We had used 0. 5% iodiophor solution for 196 pieces of oral surgical small common used instruments soaking to disinfect for 5 min. and 10 min. respectively, then conducted bacterial cultreu. By compared two groups sample carrier rate before and after soaking and taken more than three years clinical practice. the result showed: 0. 5% iodiophor solution soaking small instruments over 10 minutes to disinfect was reliable and convinient. It look short time and has not corrosion to instruments.
