摘要
农民用水协会是用水户参与灌溉管理的组织保障,是农民用水合作组织形式中最有发展前途的一种。甘肃省项目县灌区农民用水协会组建运行以来,给当地带来了巨大的经济效益、社会效益和生态效益。通过对比大量的监测数据,得出每个协会在运行2年,对农民收入增加的影响程度;并运用SPSS15.0统计软件进行聚类分析,把30个协会对农民增收的影响程度进行分类、排序,合理评价甘肃省农民用水协会对当地农民收入增加的影响。
Water User Association is the organization guarantee for participatory irrigation management and a good kind of water user cooperation form.Brought huge economic performance, social performance and ecosystem performance for the region since the operation of Water User Association in Gansu province. This text contrast a great deal of monitor datas, get influence degree of each association circulating to the farmer income after two years.We use SPSS15.0 statistics software to carry on cluster analysis, making 30 associations carrying on the classification to the influence degree for increasing farmer income, acknowledging the total influence circumstance for increasing farmer income.
