摘要
RNA的提取是分子生物学的基本内容之一,高质量的RNA是进行基因克隆、基因表达等研究的必要前提。针对果实中多酚、多糖和次生代谢产物等含量较高的特点,综述了试剂盒法、热硼酸法、异硫氰酸胍法、十二烷基硫磺酸钠法、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵法及其改进方法的原理、特点和在果实RNA提取上的应用,并对不同的提取方法进行了比较。
The extraction of total RNA is one of the elementary contents for molecular biology. Isolation of high-quality RNA is the necessary premise of gene cloning and gene expression. Because of high content of polyphenols, polysaccharide and secondary metabolites in fruits, this paper summarize the principle and characteristics of commercial Kit method, GT method, SDS method, CTAB method and their modified methods. Furthermore, it also introduce and compare these methods's application on the extraction of fruit RNA.
