摘要
雾化喷射沉积成形是一种新型的近终型坯件制备技术,可用于不同合金.该技术已经开始进入工业化应用阶段.它具有快速凝固一次成形的优点,为新材料的研究与发展提供了有力的工具,受到世界各国的重视.本文对喷射沉积成形技术的发展现状及其在材料科学研究中的应用情况进行了综合评述.
Spray forming is a new near-net shape preform processing technique forvarious materials. This technique has begun to realise industrialisation in recent years.Because of its one-step rapid solidification formation feature, spray forming becomes apowerful tool for research and development of new materials. Great attentions have beenpaid on the development and application of this new technology around the world. Thespray fonning process has been demonstrated as a promising low cost processing tech-nique for high performance materials- In this paper, recent progress of spray formingprocess and its applications in material science and engineering have been reviewed.
