摘要
应用样地个体数为基础的方差/均值比率,Morisita分散指标,以及以个体距离为基础的最近邻体法,复合个体-距离分析法(Conbinedcount-distanceanaly-sis)对海南岛五指山山地雨林10个主要种群的分布格局进行了研究.结果表明10个种群中4个为随机分布,其余6个用4种不同的方法有不同的结果.
After potato′s leaf infect A.solani plant host α glycosidase sensitivity is observed.It is remarkable interrelated between resistance of 9 varieties potato and degree of infection,the more infection,the more sensitivity α glycosidase activity.The level of leaf α glycosidase activity as a method tests resistance. A.solani which is cultured on tomato cailns raised obviously aygressivity and sensitivity.But they are lower on the potato callus mechium.A.solani which is cultured on tomato callus could recover intrinsic aggressivity level of isolate.
