大气飘尘中多环芳烃的超声波萃取-恒能量同步荧光法测定 被引量:11

Determination of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons in Atmospheric Particles Using Supersonic Extraction and Constant-energy Synchronous Fluorescence Spectrometry

摘要 采用超声波萃取大气飘尘样品中的多环芳烃,样品不需纯化,直接可用于同步荧光分析,超声波萃取效率高,萃取时间短;采用恒能量同步荧光法对多环芳烃进行定性定量,相关系数r〉0.9991,检出限(38)在0.013~4.4ng之间,回收率为80%~132%。 The PAHs( polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon) in the atmospheric particles were extracted by supersonic and analyzed directly by constant-energy synchronous fluorescence spectrometry. The sample pretreatment process was less laborious and the accuracies of the qualitative and quantitative results were improved. The calibration curves of the PAHs were linear in three orders of magnitude with an av- erage correlation coefficient of 0. 999 1. The detection limits ranged from 0. 013 ng to 4. 4 ng and the average recoveries ranged from 80% to 132% . The method has been applied to the determination of PAHs collected from three monitoring stations.
