摘要
在《京都议定书》的大力推动下,清洁生产发展机制与可持续发展和资源节约的联系日益密切,已经对重点能耗企业的生产领域产生了重要影响。介绍了清洁生产发展机制,论述了该机制对我国节能降耗、资源利用及国民经济发展的重要意义。在这一机制的推广进程中,中国石油上游业务也将通过开发清洁生产发展机制获得额外资金与环境友好技术的支持,以促进能源利用效率的提高。
Under the vigorous impetus of 《Kyoto Protocol》,the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM)gets a close relationship with the sustainable development and the resources conservation,which has the important effect on the production field of the main energy consumption enterprises. The development principle for rapid growth of CDM was introduced. The importance of CDM to China's energy conservation,the reduction of energy consumption,the resources utilization and the development of national economy were discussed. By promoting the advancement of CDM,the upstream business of the China National Petroleum Corporation will obtain the additional finance and the support of the environmental friendly technology so as to promote the enhancement of energy utilization efficiency.
