摘要
文章通过对自助服务设施在旅游业六大要素中的应用现状梳理,分析其应用价值和潜在问题。自助服务设施给旅游者带来了便捷服务和新奇体验,为旅游企业节约成本并展示了企业的形象与品质。然而,复杂的操作设计、难以弥补的服务失败、使用者的态度差异、缓慢的推广进程也制约了其进一步发展。研究提出自助旅游服务设施的发展展望,以期为我国旅游信息技术研究提供有益的参考。
This paper reviews the application of self-service facilities in the six major elements of tourism, and analyzes their application value and potential problems. They provide convenient service and novel experiences for tourists, reduce tourism costs and help to exhibit business image and quality. However, complicated opera- tion, irreparable service failure, differences in users＇ attitudes and slow promotion process restrict its further development. The paper concludes with suggestions for their further growth to provide reference for research on IT in tourism.
