谷维素是米糠和米糠油加工过程中极有价值副产品,具有多种生理功能。该文从谷维素组成、生理功能、米糠油皂脚组成及谷维素提取和纯化方法等方面进行综述,重点阐述谷维素提取和纯化方法研究进展。
Oryzanol is an important by-product of the rice and rice bran oil refining processes., and it is beneficial on human health for many physiological functions. The Oryzanol compositions, physiological functions, soapstock compositions and methods of extraction and purification of rice bran oryzanol were summmarized in the paper. The research progress on extraction and purification methods of rice bran oryzanol was discussed emphatically.
