摘要
选择健康的1日龄爱拔益加(AA)肉公鸡555只,按体重随机分成5个组(1~5组),5组饲喂基础日粮(对照组)、1~4组为试验组,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加0.15%饲用金霉素、0.15%中草药与芽孢杆菌益生素、0.15%中草药与乳酸杆菌益生素、0.15%中草药与芽孢杆菌、乳酸杆菌益生素。结果表明:肠道菌群情况,2、3、4组肠道内大肠杆菌对数值极显著低于1组和对照组(P<0.01);粪样菌群情况,2、3、4组粪样内大肠杆菌对数值极显著低于1组和对照组(P<0.01)。
To study the effect of probiotics on intestinal germ and immunity apparatus exponential of chickens, 555 healthy Arbor Acres roosters of one-day age were divided into five groups. The Group 1 was fed on basal diet ( Control Group) , the Groups 1 - 4 (Test Groups) were fed on additive of 0.15 % arueomycin, probiotics composed of 0.15% Chinese herbal medicine and sprout bacillus, probiotics composed of 0.15% Chinese herbal medicine and lactobacillus, probiotics composed of 0.15% Chinese herbal medicine, sprout bacillus and lactobacillus based on, basal feed. The result indicated in the respect of intestinal germ, the logarithm of coliform in Group 2, 3, 4 were very obvious lower than Group 1 and Control Group( P 〈 0.01 ) ; as for the respect of mucky germ, the logarithm of coliform in Group 2, 3, 4 were very obviously lower than aureomycin group and control group( P 〈 0.01 ). Probiotics could obviously promote the growth of broiler's immunity apparatus and immunity apparatus exponential.
