地衣芽孢杆菌在异育银鲫日粮中的应用 被引量:15

摘要 在异育银鲫基础日粮中分别添加质量分数0.01%、0.02%、0.03%、0.04%的地衣芽孢杆菌,测定了鱼体的生长及食糜植酸酶活性等。结果表明:与对照组相比,添加量0.01%、0.02%、0.03%组的增重率分别显著提高了12.46%、18.59%、18.84%;添加量0.02%、0.03%组的磷表观消化率分别提高37.63%、35.03%(P<0.05);饵料系数降低了0.52、0.57(P<0.05),其他组差异不显著。与对照组相比,0.03%组食糜植酸酶活性提高50.79%、0.04%组肝体比降低20.91%(P<0.05),其他组差异不显著。因此在异育银鲫日粮中添加地衣芽孢杆菌提高了机体酶活性,促进了鱼体生长。 In this experiment 375 Allogynogenetic crucian carp were allotted into five groups randomly. The first group was the controlled one fed with basal diet, the others were the treated groups fed with basal diet added 0.01%, 0.02 %, 0.03 %, 0.04 % Bacillus licheniformis for 56 days, respectively.The growth of the fish and phytase activity of chyme were determined. Weight gain rates, by adding 0.01% ,0.02% ,0.03% Bacillus licheniformis to the basal diet, significantly increased by 12.48%, 18.59%, 18.84%, respectively. Compared with the control, ingestion of 0.02%, 0.03% of Bacillus licheniformis increased significantly phosphorous apparent digestibility by 37.63 %, 35.03 % and decreased feed conversion rates by 0.52, 0.57, and the others were of no significance. Compared with the control, ingestion of 0.03 % Bacillus licheniformis increased significantly phytase activity of chyme by 50.79% and 0.04% Bacillus licheniformis decreased significandy hepatopancreas somatic indices by 20.91%, and the others were of no significance. So ingestion of Bacillus licheniformis increased activity of digestive enzyme and boost fish growth.
