摘要
报道鉴别斑节对虾（Ｐｅｎａｅｕｓｍｏｎｏｄｏｎ）虾苗活力的研究成果。在池中健康的虾苗有较强的趋光性和集群性。用显微镜观察可见健康虾苗体表清洁，肌肉透亮，肠胃有食物，附肢弹跳有力。用湿毛巾包埋１５ｍｉｎ后健康虾苗仍活动正常，反应灵敏。放养在瓶子内，不投饵，不换水。
The vitality of Penaeus monodon postlarvae was identified with experiments.The healthy postlarvae appear stronger gregarious behavior and phototaxis in pool,have the clean body surface,transparent muscle,full gut,strong appendages under microscope.The healthy postlarvae still have usual vitality and quickly response to stimulation after they were wrapped with damp towel for 15 minutes.The healthy postlarvae can live in the jar without food and exchange of water for 7 days.
