摘要
主要从降低卷烟烟气危害的角度出发,用阻燃剂氢氧化镁[Mg(OH)2]部分代替碳酸钙(CaCO3)作为卷烟纸填料,研究不同Mg(OH)2用量对卷烟纸白度、抗张强度、透气度等方面的影响,对Mg(OH)2作为造纸填料在卷烟纸中的适用性进行了探讨。研究认为在适当的透气度范围内Mg(OH)2可以代替部分CaCO3作为卷烟纸用填料,能够适应卷烟纸的质量要求,基本不会影响卷烟纸的使用性能。
For the purpose to decrease the harm of cigarette smoke, flame retardant magnesium hydroxide as part of cigarette paper filler to replace calcium carbonate, and the influence on the physical property of cigarette paper was studied. The results show that adding 10% or so magnesium hydroxide the physical property requirement of cigarette paper would be met and the modified paper was suitable for commercial production.
