摘要
目的:建立美愈缓释胶囊中氢溴酸右美沙芬的含量测定方法.方法:高效液相色谱法,迪马C18(150mm×4.6mm),乙腈-水-三乙胺(50:50:0.15)为流动相;检测波长为280nm.结果:氢溴酸右美沙芬的峰面积和浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性范围为10.1～101μg/ml,回归方程:A=18.858+40655C R=0.9996,平均回收率为98.72% RSD=1.16%.结论:本方专属性强、操作简便、可结果准确可靠.
Objective：To establish an assay of Determination of Dextromethphon in meiyu Sustained- release capsules by HPLC.Methods： HPLC column was Diamonsil C18（ 150mm× 4.6mm） , mobil phase acetonitrile- water- triethylamine（50： 50：0.15）, detecation wavelength was 280nm.Resuits：The calibration curve was linear in the range of 10.1-101μg/ml for dextromethphon.The average recovery was 98.72% and RSD（ % ） was 1.16% .Conclusion：The method was simple, rapid, accurate and suitable.
