摘要
目的 :用高效液相色谱法测定氢溴酸右美沙芬片中氢溴酸右美沙芬的含量。方法 :采用DOSC1 8柱 (1 5 0mm× 6mmID ,5 μm) ,以 0 .0 0 7M气溶胶OT和 0 .0 0 7M硝酸铵的乙腈 -水 (70 3 0 )溶液 ,用冰醋酸调节 pH至 3 .4为流动相 ,流速 1 .0ml/min ,检测波长为 2 78nm。 结果 :氢溴酸右美沙芬峰面积在 0 .2～ 0 .4mg/ml范围内与浓度线性关系良好 ,回归方程为A =7.85× 1 0 4 C -79.2 ,r=0 .9999,平均回收率为 99.7%(RSD =0 .4 8% )。结论 :本文所采用的方法操作简便快捷 。
Objective:The HPLC method was used in determination of Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide in Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide tablets. Methods:DOS C18 column(150mm×6mmID,5μm)was used. A mixture of 0.007M manoxol OT and 0.007M ammonium nitrate in acetonitrile and water (7030)was adjusted with glacial acetic acid to a pH of 3.4 as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0ml/min. The detective wavelength was 278nm.Results:The linearity between the peak area of Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide and its concentration was nicer in the range of 0.2～0.4mg/ml,equation was A=7.85×10 4C-79.2, correlation coefficient was 0.9999. The average recovery rate was 99.7% (RSD=0.48%). Conclusion:The above mentioned method was characterized by simplicity, rapidity and accuracy.
