摘要
目的:建立复方青黛膜的质量标准.方法:采用TLC鉴别本制剂中的青黛;用HPLC测定本制剂中靛蓝含量.结果:薄层色谱法可鉴别出青黛的特征斑点;HPLC法测定靛蓝在0.22～5.5μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,r= 0.9998,回收率范围为98.99%～100.69%,RSD值为0.61%.结论:TLC及HPLC法专属性强,方法可靠、使用方便,可用于该制剂的质量控制.
Objective：To establish the quality standard for Qingdai membrane. Methods： Indigo Naturalis was separated and identified by TLC; the content of indigo was determined by HPLC. Results： Indigo Naturalis could be identified by TLC; a good linear relationship is showed between the area and the concentration of indigo in a range of 0.22-5.5μg/ml, r= 0.9998, the average recovery of indigo ranged from 98.99% to 100.69% and the RSD was 0.61%. Conclusion：The methods of TLC and HPLC are simple, accurate and high specificity with good repeatability. The methods can be used for quality control of Qingdai membrane.
