摘要
该文分析了当前军队院校任职教育面临的新特点，查找了任职教育存在的新问题，提出了适应任职教育需要创新教学保障工作的新思路。
This paper analyses the current new trait in face of army academy holding a post of education, looks up the new problems in the holding a post of education, and puts forward the new ideas to innovate the guaranteeing teaching to adapt the need of holding a post of education.
